I own 2023 Corolla as I spouse replaced plug & play on my head unit my steering buttons were not working. I went with Mr. Martin whom is very knowledgeable & troubleshoot the problem and charge me very good price. I thanked him in person and I thanking him now as well. Most definitely I recommend him for all your car stereo’s needs. 6X ⭐️ Very happy with his work.

Overpriced, dismissive, and unprofessional. I asked Martin for help hiding the wires for my dashcam, and he said it would cost double because I didn’t buy the installation from him. When I asked about removing a small piece of plastic so I could access the socket, he quoted $120 for what seemed like a very simple, quick task. I was prepared to pay a fair rate, but not an inflated price for such minimal work. He also rushed me out and said he was too busy to help unless I paid more. The whole experience felt rude and dismissive, and I left feeling taken advantage of. I won’t be coming back.

I’m not sure why they didn’t want my business….. I was referred to the A/V shop by the guy Nextdoor who does window tint. So I decided to give them a try. I show up unannounced looking to see if they could at the very least give a diagnostic on my current equipment, the entire time thinking of replacing the system in its entirety. While the guy/boss walks out with me to my car he tells me that he is not the cheapest and if that is what I’m looking for they are not the shop for me. I hadn’t even gotten to the diagnostic part yet or the replacement of the system. He was ready for me to move on. This is all within 5 minutes of my arrival. Clearly they didn’t need or want my business so I would think twice before using this company. Poor communication and jumps to conclusions without listening to the customer. I guess this was a blessing in disguise.

Martin and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in helping me pick out the right stereo equipment and installing in my car. Installation only took less than a day, and their work was very clean and flawless. They were able to hook up the sound I was looking for, and is a real upgrade to my vehicle. I would most certainly go back to Martin and his staff for future car audio, would highly recommend going to Car Audio MX for your vehicle’s sound system.

I recently upgraded my vehicle based on a recommendation from a colleague and chose a local shop owned by Martin. He was communicative and addressed all my questions thoughtfully. Martin excelled in wiring the systems, using high-quality materials, and running the cables neatly. He took his time to ensure that everything, including the amp and subwoofer setup, was done professionally. Overall, I'm happy with the artistry and would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking similar services.
